Welcome to Engineers Fiji, formerly known as the Fiji Institution of Engineers, a cornerstone institution established in 1970, coinciding with the year of Fiji’s Independence. Guided by our inaugural President, Mr. Honwing William Yee, a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience, our institute has witnessed remarkable progress over the years.

At the helm of Engineers Fiji is an 11-member Council, entrusted with the governance of the Institute. Leading the Council are the Institute President and Vice President, both dedicated to steering our organization towards excellence. Council members are elected through a democratic process during the Institution’s Annual General Meeting, adhering to the procedures outlined in the EF Rules.
